I have a 6 yr old boy that I carried to full term. Years before him I had a loss at 19 weeks and still unsure why. Now I'm 24 weeks with a shortning cervix. I've started steroids and progesterone so I'm hoping it helps. The drs are assuring me that the hospital here is equipped for the task but I can't help but rattle my brain on this. Anyone had success from this? Wilk my baby be ok?

My son was born at 35 weeks as my water broke at 34 weeks and couple days. I'm pregnant again and they started me on progesterone at 16 weeks I'm now 33 weeks so I hope it helps for you also!

@maricali, how have you been? Are the meds working? Hope the baby will stay put until he/she is a little bit stronger!

Yes! So far so good. Had my app and my cervix went from 16 to 23! Plus him changing positions helps also. I'm so relieved and a lot more stress free :)
